| 3 of 8 people found the following review helpful  Big Blast is a Big Letdown, = Durability: = Fun: = Educational: This review is from: Big Blast w/foam missiles (Toy) We purchased the Buzz Bee Toys Big Blast from a local retailer. Out of the box, it would not work as there was no pressure build up to launch the dart. We e-mailed the company, who seemed very responsive as they apparently had run into this issue enough that they had a "fix kit" already assembled with new o-rings and color illustrated instructions on how to do the fix. We received the fix in the mail quickly, and followed the directions and successfully switched out the o-ring and reassembled the gun with the same original tight fit. We enthusiastically tried out the newly "fixed" gun and ... it still doesn't work with the new o-ring.We will be writing the company again, but suffice it to say that even if they do manage to diagnose and fix our problem, this toy is not recommended unless you're into frustration and the crushed dreams of a 6-year-old boy. |
