It just looked so neat, I could just imagine myself dressed like Rambo spraying darts over everything.1) Power: It's a springloaded airpusher powered by one pump of your left hand, i.e. you pump once to cock a piston which when released pushes out air. I have some doubts about the integrity of the seal between the piston and the shell because the shell rotates against the air seal and I wonder how long that will last. Brand new, the power is pretty good. The spring is a pretty heavy one. 2) Jamming: None so far. The rotating action that rotates the belt feels very solid and I've not had the shells jam so far. The barrel is only 6 inches long and has an inside sleeve of a different material with a little layer of grease or protectant on it. I do not recommend rubbing... This gun holds 30 rounds (hugs plus) and is pretty easy to mod. Unmodded however, it shoots quite far out of the box and pack a delightful stinging punch that is quite intimidating! I went online and looked for review and discovered that it was considered reliable and worth the money.Finally, we broke down and ordered it for Christmas. My six-yr old has been in heaven! He loves using it in the house (and I love that it is easy on the breakable items) and in outside in the snow. I only wish the dart belt would stay attached more firmly. It's not broken, just loose. |
